Stay Relax with Green Tea - Healthy friend, you know, that tea is one of the drinks that is quite popular in the world? Or are you one of the fans? Yep, in addition to the distinctive flavor, this drink is also nutritious, for health. One type is green tea which is better known for its properties as weight loss. But you know, what's the difference between green tea and black tea that are usually drunk? Come, see the explanation here!

What is the difference?
Green tea  is a drink derived from tea plants or in Latin called Camellia sinensis originating from China. The difference is green tea with black tea, which is in the manufacturing process. Oral consumption of L-theanin in the form of 50 mg-200 mg capsules can increase alpha brain wave activity. This, is equivalent to meditation in 30-40 minutes after consuming green tea. Of course this drink is suitable for reducing the perceived stress.

The threshold is consuming it
Of course, everything that is excessive is not good for the body. Likewise with green tea, which in consuming it has a threshold . The threshold for consuming this drink, about two to three glasses per day. If you exceed the threshold, it can cause nausea, symptoms of liver poisoning, or kidney.
